Enamel Hypoplasia

Enamel Hypoplasia is a condition where the enamel of the tooth does not form correctly or is damaged during development. This causes exposure of the underlying dentin, which is more susceptible to wear and is slightly weaker.

A restoration (filling) may be done which may strengthen the tooth and help with longevity.   Regular dental examinations should be done by a veterinarian familiar with this condition to ensure the future health of the teeth

I love the picture of you and the donkey/ass. I keep telling my husband that we need to have a couple of those roaming around here. I’ve always liked them. I’ve seen a couple in pastures around here, so just maybe, some day. So darn cute!

Why not visit Longhopes Donkey Shelter to cuddle a few donkeys, even if you cannot adopt one right now? There are currently donkeys aged 4 months to 35 years in residence, and mini to mammoth sizes too.
