Our normal practice area is along the front range from Monument to Loveland and as far east as Kiowa. We frequently are in the Evergreen, Conifer, and Bailey areas usually on Fridays. We also service other regions such as Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Silverthorne/Dillon, Vail, Guffey, and South Park if enough horses can be scheduled to warrant the additional travel time. Meet The Doctors

Dr Marx

Scott Marx, DVM

Dr. Scott Marx, originally from Wisconsin, graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1981, with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering. He then served as an Army officer and paratrooper in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. During this time he became a sky diving jumpmaster and instructor, earned a black belt in Kung Fu, and raced motorcycles. Dr. Marx left the Army and attended the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1995.

Kari Sanderson, DVM

Dr. Kari Sanderson grew up in south central Minnesota. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls in 2004, after which she moved to Fort Collins, ColoradoUpon moving to Colorado, Dr. Kari Sanderson spent her free time working for outfitters in Gunnison guiding horseback trips in the mountains. Dr. Kari Sanderson received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 2007 followed by her Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2012.
